Overview


Guzon Consulting Limited is an emerging Information Technology outsourcing company which particularly focus on the use of Mircosoft-Excel based platforms for creating processes aimed at automating data management and administration. We specialize in Front Office MS Excel and Excel VBA development.

The company uses a cost effective and yet efficient technology to provide individuals and/or organizations with effective means of managing their corporate data with spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel. We aim to increase efficiency while helping clients to become acclimatized to a digital culture.

 Supporting our operations with the use of programming in Visual Basic for Application, we specialize in Front Office Excel development, providing organizations with tools needed for Information Sourcing, Data Management and Data Processing Our services include but not limited to:

We use our programming expertise in Visual Basic to make custom Excel spreadsheets specially customized to meet your specific need(s). We also use Visual Basic to develop custom Excel-based Graphic User Interfaces (GUI) to assist you in data capture tasks, helping you build that database from the very scratch. We are able to integrate procedures which check and/or validate the integrity of data (set by user-preferred parameters) before they are submitted to your database. This is essentially useful when a client is faced with a task of capturing data across an institution.

Where necessary, also depending on the clients’ needs, we might be able to improve on existing services which potential clients may be currently receiving.
